The Hyatt Regency Tokyo is often praised for its spacious rooms, offering a comfortable stay. Its location is highly convenient, with easy access to the subway right underneath the hotel and proximity to Shinjuku station, though some find the surrounding municipal area lacks restaurants and shops. Guests appreciate amenities like the Nespresso machine and the soft towels. Many enjoy the breakfast buffet, especially the crispy croissants, though some mornings can be a bit chaotic with a short queue.

the location is convenient as it is directly above a subway station. the 7-eleven store was also very useful for quick snacks. the regency lounge provided breakfast from 7 to 10am. it included vegetarian options.
i noticed several stairs at the basement level. this setup is not accessible for strollers or wheelchairs. it was confusing to find the 7-eleven or the train station from inside the hotel. the customer service was not as warm compared to other places i have stayed.
